Manuscript Submission Requirements

Manuscript Format

Authors must strictly follow the JIHHS manuscript format while preparing their submissions. The manuscript should be clearly structured, professionally written, and free from grammatical errors.

• Font: California FB

• Font Size: 12 pt for body text, bold 14 pt for headings

• Line Spacing: 1.5

• Margin: 1 inch on all sides

• Alignment: Justified

• File Format: MS Word (.doc or .docx)

Manuscript Structure

Your manuscript should include the following components in order:

• Title Page (with full author details, affiliations, and email ID)

• Abstract (150–250 words, along with 4–6 keywords)

• Introduction

• Review of Literature

• Methodology

• Results and Discussion

• Conclusion and Implications

• Acknowledgements (if any)

• References (APA format)

• Appendices (if applicable)

Figures, Tables, and Charts

• All tables and figures should be placed within the text at appropriate locations, not at the end of the manuscript.

• Each must be numbered consecutively and titled clearly.

• Source(s) must be cited below the table or figure if not original.

Citation and Referencing Style – APA Format

JIHHS follows the APA (American Psychological Association) referencing style. Authors are required to ensure consistency and correctness in referencing.

Plagiarism Policy

Manuscripts with a similarity index above 15% (excluding references) will be rejected. All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software. Authors must ensure originality and proper citation of all sources.

Ethical Considerations

Authors are expected to follow ethical standards in research and publishing. Any research involving human or animal participants should include appropriate ethical clearance statements.
